Subpœna
(Sub*pœ"na), v. t. [imp. & p. p. Subpœnaed ; p. pr. & vb. n. Subpœnaing.] (Law) To serve with a writ of subpœna; to command attendance in court by a legal writ, under a penalty in case of disobedience.
